We are so happy you are here! Your are fully welcome. We are committed to working closely with the parents and child to find the best support sytems that will be highly effective to make sure the parent feels confident and the child feels welcomed and included. This will look differently for everyone and we hope their is patience and grace with us as we navigate the childs needs.

Can I attend the service with my child?

Absolutley. Here at Emmanuel Orillia we want to support parents fully in their resposibilites of raising kids! We see modeling our worship in the adult service as an essential aspect of church. This is why we currently have our kids (JK-Grade 5) upstairs for the beginning of our service so they can engage with musical worship, corporate prayer and witnessing baptisms.

KIDS COMMUNITY

SUNDAY MORNINGS

Our Kids Community Program runs during our Sunday Morning Service at 10AM for Children aged 0 months to Grade 5!

You can check in your children at our Kids Community kiosk located at the Lower Entrance. Our School Aged children (JK – Grade 5) will join the adults in our main auditorium for a time of worship and prayer, and will be dismissed downstairs to their classes before the sermon, to engage in age-appropriate Bible lessons.

If your child chooses to stay in the service, we have activity booklets and cases of colouring utensils available for your Kids. You can pick those up in the Front Foyer!

We also sporadically have ‘Family Services’, where our kids from JK – Grade 5 join us for our Main Service to give our volunteers a break. This occurs usually during holidays or long weekends.

FAMILY NIGHTS

Family Nights are fun, high-energy program geared for families to come together to worship, learn and play together. There will be stories, activities and fun for all ages!!
Family Nights will happen 4 times a year, with a new theme each time!

FAMILY TIME

Family Time events are an opportunity for families to connect and grow in community through a more casual, social environment with fun, family events like movie nights, ice skating, sledding, board games nights and more!

The safety of every child is our utmost concern. To ensure this, parents or guardians must personally "check in" each child and receive a security tag that corresponds to the child's profile. During pickup, children will only be released to adults who can present the matching security tag. Additionally, our ENTIRE Ground Level is considered a KID'S SAFE-ZONE during our service where ONLY parents/guardians and approved volunteers may enter this space.

Our Kids Community leaders gather regularly, actively engaging with the children and continually learning fresh ideas to share the love of Jesus.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

TNK IS AN AFFORDABLE SPORTS PROGRAM FOR KIDS IN GRADES 1-7. WE PROVIDE QUALITY BASKETBALL & VOLLEYBALL SKILL DEVELOPMENT, CHARACTER BUILDING THROUGH TEAM PLAY, AND A HIGHLY RELATIONAL & FUN ENVIRONMENT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. THE BASKETBALL & VOLLEYBALL PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO GIVE KIDS THE BASICS SO THAT WHEN THEY HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRY OUT FOR A SCHOOL TEAM, THEY WILL HAVE LEARNED, DEVELOPED AND BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE BASIC DRILLS, ACTIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED.

JANUARY 16TH - MARCH 6th (March 6th is a Pizza Party at 300 Coldwater Rd. W)

8 WEEKS, INCLUDING AN OFF-SITE PIZZA PARTY.

GRADES 1-3 FROM 6:15PM - 7PM

GRADES 4-5 FROM 7PM - 7:45PM

GRADES 6-7 FROM 7:45PM - 8:30PM

COST:

BASKETBALL: $45 FOR GRADES 1-3 (45-MINUTE PRACTICE)

VOLLEYBALL: $45 FOR GRADES 4-7 (45-MINUTE PRACTICE).

THIS PRICE INCLUDES: A T-SHIRT, A PHOTO OF YOUR CHILD, A SEASON-END PIZZA PARTY, AND SOME PRIZES ALONG THE WAY.
